Heritage Engineering prepared the construction documents including development plan, site plan, Grading/EPSC Plan, and Utility Plan for Kelly Construction Corporate Headquarters in Eastern Jefferson County, KY. The building showcases Kelley’s commitment to innovative design and quality, as well as, innovations in the outdoor built environment. The Project meets open space design Standards for LEED Projects. Design elements included the incorporation of native plants throughout the landscape plan and the use of innovative stormwater management via the design and installation of a stilling basin, bioswales, and other methods as part of the site development improvements made. This project is a shining example our company’s ability to deliver a world class project. Heritage Engineering was honored to design this world class Leed certified project for one of the premier general contractors in the region.
